With the fastest growing economy per capita in Florida, the Tallahassee MSA is growing twice that of other economies in the state and 30% above national average.  Add onto that that Florida State University (FSU) exceeds 45,000 students and continues to grow, this power 5 school in the Atlantic Coast Conference provides tremendous upside for both student housing as well as workforce opportunities.
