Funding: $11.15M - $3.3M A&D Project plus $7.85 Construction. $9M Debt and $2.5 Equity 

Opportunity: 9% annualized preferred return plus 1.6X overall investment with 3 years waterfall at refinance.

Scope: Entitlement, engineering, permitting, horizontal development and vertical construction.
